Compared to regular glass, the borosilicate glass used in this pitcher has a much lower level of brittleness and weight, resulting in a thinner appearance that is still light and durable. The low expansion coefficient, high softening point, and excellent thermal shock resistance of the borosilicate glass allow the pitcher to withstand rapid temperature changes from 0°F to 300°F, making it suitable for boiling water and tea on an open flame.
The lid is made of food-grade materials, ensuring the entire product is healthy and harmless. While the pitcher can be used on an electric ceramic stove, it is not recommended for electric ceramic cookers or induction cookers, as the higher heat may cause it to break. However, you can safely pour boiling water into the pitcher.
For cleaning, the pitcher is dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing is suggested. It is recommended to clean and dry the product immediately after use to prevent stubborn stains.
